About the Role

• Partner with hiring managers and regional leadership to define staffing needs and hiring priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networks. • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of qualified talent. • Gather interview feedback and advise hiring teams on selection decisions. • Deliver a transparent, timely candidate experience at every stage. • Serve as a trusted point of contact, setting clear expectations for candidates. • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and related systems. • Follow standardized recruiting processes and identify efficiency improvements. • Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices. • Account for hiring outcomes, timelines, and quality of hires within assigned areas. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives. • Contribute to a collaborative talent acquisition team focused on results and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Communicate consistently with all candidates, regardless of outcome. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred). • Have 1–3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, ideally in high‑volume environments. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring partners. • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication with attention to professionalism. • Be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and skilled in time management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby, ADP a plus).
