About the Role

The role is the Executive Assistant to a Group Executive Board Director in London, supporting a senior leader across multiple time zones. The position requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage sensitive information, governance activities, and complex travel arrangements. Acting as a strategic partner, the EA will ensure smooth delivery of priorities, facilitate decision‑making, and provide continuity across the organisation. • Manage the Group Executive Board Director’s multi‑time‑zone diary and coordinate senior stakeholder engagements. • Oversee the Director’s inbox, handle sensitive communications, and ensure confidentiality. • Provide secretariat support for Board and Committee meetings, including briefing papers, minute‑taking, and action tracking. • Create high‑quality presentations and reports aligned with strategic objectives. • Maintain and optimise the Group Board SharePoint site and other digital platforms. • Arrange complex international and domestic travel, securing visas, accommodations, and itineraries per travel and security guidelines. • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal teams (EAs, Communications, Finance, etc.) and external partners such as auditors and banks. • Support the wider Group Board and Executive Assistants to ensure continuity at the highest level. • Leverage Microsoft 365 tools to drive efficiency and accuracy in tasks.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting C‑suite leaders in a global organisation, advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must be highly organised, resilient, and capable of handling shifting priorities, while exercising discretion and collaboration. Desirable traits include independent judgement, project management experience, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
