About the Role

• Represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. • Lead design of large projects, prepare reports and specifications, and provide technical leadership. • Prepare due diligence, gap analysis, and feasibility consulting reports. • Develop sustainable mechanical solutions and produce detailed drawings. • Oversee production of drawings that meet client requirements and standards. • Coordinate efforts among design team, owners, and contractors. • Establish project design standards, specifications, and criteria. • Prepare proposals and manage project contracts, including add‑service agreements. • Conduct business development, participate in trade organizations, and deliver presentations. • Set project budgets and schedules. • Participate in QA/QC review of staff work. • Manage and review staff resources.

What You Bring

• Hold a current PE license as an Electrical Engineer. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. • Minimum eight years of consulting experience. • At least three years of supervisory or project management experience. • LEED AP accreditation (highly preferred). • Strong ability to coordinate electrical systems with architectural, structural, electrical, and telecom disciplines, considering constructability and cost. • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit. • Capability to design mechanical systems for commercial, mixed‑use, mission‑critical, life‑science, and R&D facilities.
