About the Role

The Senior Healthcare Project Architect will oversee architectural projects across healthcare, education, civic, science, and research facilities, ensuring high‑quality design, code compliance, and effective collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases. • Conduct layout, detailing, and on‑site work sessions with project managers and other disciplines. • Organize and lead owner/client and agency meetings for code compliance reviews. • Review architectural documents for interdisciplinary conflicts and perform QA/QC. • Write and edit architectural specifications and manage addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders. • Incorporate approved changes into project documents and provide construction contract administration.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Architecture. • Experience designing healthcare, educational, civic, science, or research facilities. • Interest or experience in sustainable design/LEED. • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3‑D Studio Max, Rhino, and Grasshopper. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. • Licensed (Registered) Architect. • Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. • Experience preparing architectural contract documents, specifications, and ensuring code compliance. • Demonstrated graphic presentation and planning abilities.
