Electrical Assembler

About the Role

The Electrical Assembler collaborates with team members to assemble 12 VDC control systems and plays a key role in on‑site activities. Responsibilities include assembling control components, harnesses, programming devices, and interfacing the system with heavy‑truck equipment. • Construct electrical control panels • Pre‑assemble and finish wiring of control systems • Install electrical control circuits for motors and devices • Ensure accuracy and completion of tasks and projects • Use wire cutting, stripping, and crimping equipment • Test completed equipment for proper performance • Clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance work • Assemble electrical components from drawings and work instructions • Maintain strong attention to detail

What You Bring

• Work from schematics and job instructions • Adapt to changing tasks due to continuous improvements • Hold a high school diploma or GED • One year of automotive electrical experience preferred • Know basic 12 VDC electrical systems, tools, and crimping techniques • Strong background in automotive 12 V systems preferred • LEAN manufacturing experience preferred • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing • Demonstrate strong organizational and time‑management skills • Work independently in a busy environment • Perform well under pressure • Interact sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally • Exhibit high flexibility and solid interpersonal skills in a diverse workplace
