About the Role
The Contracts Manager is responsible for contract administration of all GIE contracts with subcontractors, ensuring proper documentation, scope control, and cost monitoring. • Prepare and review subcontractor contracts for GIE projects. • Maintain organized files for all subcontracts and related correspondence. • Track scope changes, extra work requests, and contractor communications. • Monitor contract cost trends and provide project control insights.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least seven years of contracts administration experience, knowledge of contractual language, insurance and relevant state laws, and strong written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor of Science in Business Administration is required, and supervisory experience is mandatory. The role demands a results‑oriented, customer‑focused professional with strong impact, influence, and business acumen, who can operate in a typical office environment with sedentary work demands. • Possess 7+ years of contracts administration experience. • Understand contractual language, insurance coverage, and applicable state laws. • Familiarity with FERC regulations is highly desirable. • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software. • Have supervisory experience. • Hold a B.S. in Business Administration. • Exhibit results‑oriented, customer‑focused, and influential business acumen. • Work in a standard office setting with occasional lifting up to 10 lb.
