About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead to oversee facility operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The Lead coordinates daily activities by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and supervising the assigned location when the manager is absent. This role also involves maintaining clean and safe environments for workers and customers. The position includes operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. Pay is $21.00 per hour, with the exact rate adjusted based on experience, skills, geographic location, and market data.
