About the Role

In this role you will represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members, design large‑scale electrical projects, prepare reports and specifications, and provide high‑level technical leadership. • Represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. • Design large‑scale electrical projects and produce reports and specifications. • Provide technical leadership and oversee drawing production to meet client standards. • Deliver consulting services such as due‑diligence, gap analysis, and feasibility studies. • Develop sustainable mechanical solutions and detailed drawings. • Coordinate design efforts among owners, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Prepare proposals and manage project contracts, including service agreements. • Conduct business development activities, participate in trade organizations, and deliver presentations. • Establish project budgets and schedules. • Participate in QA/QC reviews of staff work. • Manage staff resources and perform performance reviews.

What You Bring

Experience in Mission Critical, Science + Technology, Healthcare, and Project Management is considered a plus. Candidates must hold a current PE license, have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and at least eight years of consulting experience, including three years in a supervisory or project‑manager capacity. LEED AP accreditation is highly preferred, and strong coordination of electrical systems with architectural, structural, and telecom disciplines is essential. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit is required. • Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. • Minimum 8 years of consulting experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory or project manager role. • LEED AP accreditation (highly preferred). • Strong ability to coordinate electrical systems with architectural, structural, and telecom disciplines and assess constructability and cost. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. • Experience designing mechanical systems for commercial, mixed‑use, mission‑critical, life‑science, and R&D facilities (a plus).
