About the Role

Reporting to a Lead Technician, Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician A repairs and maintains diesel and non‑diesel equipment, including chassis components, refuse bodies, air and hydraulic brake systems, engines, HVAC, suspension, drivetrain, and steering. The role offers daily technical challenges, on‑the‑job training with new technologies, a regular shift in a stable industry, clear career pathways, and competitive wages and benefits. • Repair chassis components, refuse bodies, air/hydraulic brakes, engines, HVAC, suspension, drivetrain, and steering systems. • Diagnose equipment malfunctions using electronic diagnostic tools. • Perform on‑site and road maintenance, including welding and fabrication. • Complete required company training and any additional assigned duties.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years experience servicing heavy‑duty trucks. • Ability to inspect and repair suspensions, engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, hydraulics, drivetrain, and diesel emissions systems. • ASE Heavy Truck certifications (T1‑T8) preferred. • LNG/CNG experience and Class B CDL are a plus. • Valid driver’s license required.
