About the Role
The role involves operating equipment such as balers, front‑end loaders, bobcats, composters or forklifts to transport and bind paper or other loose materials for handling. • Operate balers, loaders, bobcats, composters, or forklifts to move and bind paper and loose materials. • Sort, grade, and inspect material quality before baling or shipping. • Fill and run the composting equipment, monitor conveyor flow, and address machine alarms promptly. • Record, label, and maintain inventory of received and distributed materials. • Compile worksheets and tickets according to customer specifications. • Perform routine equipment maintenance, including lubrication, fueling, and cleaning. • Load and unload materials from trailers and railcars, and manage stacking and tagging. • Complete load/unload tally sheets and vehicle condition reports per corporate guidelines. • Follow all safety policies and maintain clean work areas.

What You Bring
• Required: 6 months of experience and forklift certification. • Preferred: High school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience.
