About the Role

The Craft Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support for hiring the craft workforce, interacting closely with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and other HR professionals to meet the craft recruitment needs of the business. • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, including I‑9 completion and verification via E‑Verify. • Ensure new hire paperwork is complete, entered into HRIS, and distributed to relevant departments. • Verify job sites complete new hire paperwork consistently and accurately before employment. • Manage front desk and office services for the facility. • Process invoice vouchers and compile, prepare, run, and distribute reports. • Schedule pre‑employment drug screening and verify results. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Must comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for the entire shift.

What You Bring

• Three to four years of administrative support experience. • Ability to manage a large, variable workload with timely, accurate completion. • Bilingual in Spanish. • Strong communication skills with professional etiquette via phone and email. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Preferred one to three years of customer service, administrative, or related construction industry experience. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. • Frequent use of hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Frequent interaction with people and technology during a shift. • Frequent use of telephone, computer, email, and electronic devices for communication.
