About the Role
The .NET Incentive Compensation Support Specialist will work in Pune on a full‑time basis, delivering technical and functional support for incentive compensation management. The role ensures accurate calculation, reporting and administration of sales compensation plans using custom .NET commission tools. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting, configuration and end‑user support experience on .NET incentive compensation platforms. • Provide day‑to‑day support for .NET Incentive Compensation systems, monitoring and resolving issues and calculation errors. • Validate, load, and reconcile transactional data, ensuring integrity across CRM, ERP and HR systems. • Administer incentive compensation plans, supporting commission runs, payouts and generating reports/dashboard. • Serve as primary contact for end‑user inquiries, delivering training and documentation on system functionality. • Identify and implement process and system enhancements in collaboration with IT and business teams.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance or related field and at least 3 years of support experience with .NET incentive compensation tools. • Apply proficiency in .NET system configuration, SQL, data analysis and integration with CRM/ERP platforms. • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management skills. • Possess knowledge of incentive compensation best practices and exposure to Agile/project‑management tools (preferred).
