About the Role

You will work closely with a collaborative team to ensure subcontract services meet high standards throughout the contract lifecycle. • Qualify subcontractors. • Issue requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs). • Prepare subcontract documents and amendments, incorporating flow‑down requirements from prime contracts. • Conduct commercial evaluations of proposals. • Negotiate and issue properly authorized subcontract awards. • Resolve subcontractor claims promptly. • Manage subcontract lifecycle from pre‑award through file closeout. • Serve as liaison between subcontractors and project managers. • Deliver – commit to high‑quality, technology‑led solutions for customers. • Embed ESG principles across all business operations.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, have strong time‑management and prioritization skills, and possess a customer‑service mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication at all organizational levels, curiosity for continuous learning, and superior problem‑solving and analytical abilities are essential. The role requires relevant education and experience in subcontract administration, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain or Business Management) and minimum two years of subcontracting experience, including federal contracts. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). • Preferred: experience with Deltek CostPoint and familiarity with commercial or defense contracts.
