About the Role

The position involves delivering testing and consulting services for the built environment, including property condition assessments, specialized testing, forensic investigations, and design of repairs to existing structures. You will manage project phases, interact with senior staff, prepare reports and proposals, and promote a safe workplace with proper PPE use. • Inspect building enclosures • Conduct building enclosure testing • Perform building enclosure assessments • Execute air leakage testing • Observe construction quality assurance • Assess roofing systems • Review design specifications • Carry out field performance testing • Provide building enclosure commissioning consulting • Conduct occasional field and laboratory testing • Interact with senior staff on various projects • Prepare reports and proposals • Maintain and develop a client database • Manage project budgets and prepare invoices • Mentor junior staff • Promote a safe workplace and proper PPE usage • Lead high‑impact, technically complex projects

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will possess the appropriate education and relevant experience in building enclosure consulting, and will be dedicated to delivering high‑quality technical solutions. • High School Diploma or GED required • B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited or BS in Engineering/Building Science preferred • 2+ years building enclosure consulting experience • IIBEC certifications (RRO, RRC, REWO, REWC, RBEC) encouraged
