About the Role

The Executive • Surveyor (Account Executive) role offers recent graduates a hands‑on entry point into commercial real estate by participating in market surveys, data collection, and coordination activities. You will work directly in the field to assess building occupancy and support the office team with reporting. This position provides exposure to the dynamics of commercial property markets. Key duties include identifying and recording current tenants, documenting vacant spaces, and tracking upcoming supply and developments. You will coordinate with landlords and developers to gather accurate information and maintain detailed records of tenant movements. A significant portion of the role involves field work to explore building supply, while also preparing PowerPoint presentations and reports for the office team. • Identify and record tenants and occupied spaces in commercial buildings. • Document vacant spaces and track upcoming supply and developments. • Coordinate with landlords and developers to gather accurate information. • Maintain detailed records of tenant movements and upcoming vacancies (3–6 months). • Conduct field surveys to explore building supply and market conditions. • Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations and reports for the office team. • Apply field surveying and data‑collection techniques effectively. • Communicate and coordinate with industry stakeholders. • Produce clear documentation and reporting.
