About the Role
The IT ERP Analyst III is responsible for designing and delivering solutions that meet the requirements of Regal’s Manufacturing business. The role requires comprehensive techno‑functional expertise in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (INV, BOM, WIP, Costing) as well as knowledge of Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demantra, and Inventory Optimization within Oracle VCP. The analyst must ensure on‑time, first‑time‑right delivery for complex projects and kaizen events, resolve production incidents within SLAs, conduct root‑cause analysis, and continuously improve system performance and reliability while coaching team members. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating high‑level and detailed system specifications, developing and testing enhancements (RICEW/CEMLI), and supporting functional, integration, regression, and user‑acceptance testing. The analyst coordinates both onsite and offshore technical developers, adheres to release, change, and configuration management processes, and designs reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows to enhance Oracle EBS/VCP solutions and integrate them with other applications. • Design, develop, test, and implement Oracle EBS Manufacturing/VCP solutions (RICEW/CEMLI). • Gather and analyze business requirements for supply chain, manufacturing, and planning. • Create system specifications, detailed designs, unit test plans, and deployment documentation using Oracle AIM. • Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing within defined SLAs. • Coordinate onsite and offshore developers to deliver solutions on‑time, first‑time‑right, and within budget. • Ensure compliance with release, change, and configuration management processes. • Develop reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows; integrate with other applications. • Resolve production incidents, perform routine maintenance, and monitor program performance. • Automate and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS/VCP and external systems. • Analyze and plan Oracle EBS/VCP upgrades and manage service requests with My Oracle Support. • Lead the establishment of standards and best practices for software design, development, and testing. • Utilize use‑case, activity diagram, and data‑flow modeling techniques for system design.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least eight years of experience building and supporting Oracle EBS Manufacturing solutions in a global environment, including multiple full‑lifecycle implementations. Technical expertise must include Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, OA Framework, and data‑loading tools, as well as familiarity with Demantra, Inventory Optimization, and advanced supply chain planning. Preferred qualifications include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or APICS certification, professional Oracle or supply‑chain certifications, and UNIX shell scripting experience. • 8+ years experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules; 2–3 full‑lifecycle implementations. • Strong skills in Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, OA Framework, and data‑loading tools. • Knowledge of Demantra, Inventory Optimization, and advanced supply chain planning architectures. • Preferred Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or APICS certification; professional Oracle/E‑Business Suite certifications desired. • UNIX shell scripting experience and familiarity with version control tools.
