About the Role
• Lead electrical estimating from RFP through construction completion for hyperscale data center projects. • Develop and present detailed cost plans at conceptual, programming, and design stages. • Conduct feasibility studies and contribute to procurement strategy and reporting. • Manage procurement activities including pre‑qualification, bid analysis, reporting, and contract documentation. • Review, validate, and ensure accuracy of subcontractor bids and scopes. • Perform cost checks, valuations, and change‑control processes on large‑scale projects. • Produce monthly post‑contract cost reports and present findings to clients. • Provide value‑engineering input and negotiate final accounts. • Collaborate with project managers and design teams to align scope, budget, and schedule. • Analyze historical cost data and market trends for benchmarking and forecasting. • Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning for electrical systems. • Maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor throughout project phases. • Mentor junior team members and drive internal process improvements. • Support development of estimating tools, templates, and best practices for data center projects. • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure constructability and cost efficiency. • Monitor market conditions and supply‑chain trends affecting electrical systems and materials. • Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and permitting requirements. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
The firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to support large‑scale, high‑value data‑center construction projects for a key client. In this role you will join the Construction Management team, delivering expert cost‑consulting services and collaborating with clients, general contractors, and project teams throughout all construction phases. • Hold a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of electrical estimating and cost‑consulting experience. • Proven ability to prepare large, complex electrical cost estimates, preferably for data centers. • Hands‑on construction experience with electrical systems and subcontractor management. • Expertise across pre‑contract, post‑contract, and final‑account cost management phases. • Strong communication, presentation, and client‑facing interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam and estimating software (CostX, WinEst, etc.). • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Deep knowledge of construction procurement methods, contract structures, and value‑engineering. • Understanding of mission‑critical electrical systems, redundancy, power distribution, and commissioning. • Business development experience with ability to identify growth opportunities.

Benefits
The position is full‑time with a salary range of $135,000 to $165,000 per year, reflecting base salary only and subject to variation based on experience and qualifications. On‑site presence may adjust according to client needs, and the company promotes a flexible, healthy work environment that respects work‑life balance.
