About the Role
You will work in a Home Depot store as a sales specialist for professional painting contractors, building relationships with local pros and assisting them with product selection, paint mixing, and tool needs. By collaborating with the Pro Desk staff you will ensure contractors receive the right products quickly so they can return to work, delivering an exceptional paint store experience. • Collaborate with Behr outside sales reps and Home Depot staff, including occasional lifting of up to 75 lb. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with a 4% match and annual profit‑sharing contributions.

No prior paint or sales experience is required—we provide full training, making this an ideal launch point for your career. We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, collaborative, comfortable lifting up to 75 lb, and able to use basic computer tools like Salesforce.
