About the Role

As a Building Renovation Senior Project Manager you will lead renovation projects, delivering exceptional results through innovative, collaborative, and client‑focused approaches. You will manage all project phases—including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution—while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and adherence to quality standards. Leadership responsibilities include guiding multidisciplinary teams, building client relationships, evaluating and contracting service providers such as architects and contractors, monitoring their performance, and handling multiple projects with regular status reporting. • Lead building renovation projects from planning through execution. • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality to meet client goals. • Coordinate with internal teams, architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors. • Provide leadership and mentorship to multidisciplinary project teams. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Evaluate, contract, and oversee performance of service providers. • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and produce status reports.

What You Bring

Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Denver, CO, and the role requires up to 20 % travel. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or a related field, PMP or equivalent certification, and at least seven years of project‑management experience in commercial real estate. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex projects, strong leadership and communication skills, organizational and problem‑solving abilities, and knowledge of contracts, real‑property transactions, and building codes. Preferred credentials are a master’s degree, experience leading projects across office, retail, infrastructure, or hospitality sectors, expertise in change management and innovation, familiarity with construction processes and codes, and proficiency with project‑management software. The role does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. The estimated compensation range for this position is $95,800 – $128,000 annually, with final packages dependent on qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
