About the Role

• Lead by example, upholding safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability and compliance standards. • Manage and present cost plans to clients and internal stakeholders. • Oversee procurement stages from pre‑qualification to contract preparation. • Deliver cost‑management services to achieve strategic KPIs. • Ensure fiscal and ethical compliance while supporting net‑zero carbon transition. • Lead and develop teams, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. • Identify and implement enhancements to cost‑management procedures and templates.

What You Bring

Applicants should hold a degree in engineering, quantity surveying, business, economics or a related discipline, and bring substantial cost‑engineering or project‑controls experience on complex infrastructure programmes. Strong analytical and commercial acumen, risk‑ and change‑management capabilities, and professional accreditation (or progress toward membership such as ACostE, ICE or RICS) are essential, as is experience engaging senior stakeholders and understanding carbon and sustainability considerations. • Hold a degree in engineering, quantity surveying, business, economics or related discipline. • Provide significant cost‑engineering/project‑controls experience on large‑scale infrastructure projects. • Demonstrate strong analytical, risk and change‑management skills. • Possess professional accreditation (or be progressing toward) such as ACostE, ICE, RICS. • Exhibit commercial and financial acumen and senior stakeholder relationship building. • Understand carbon and sustainability impacts on projects.
