About the Role
The role involves setting up and maintaining digital customer records while providing administrative support for the Technical Service Center and the Manufacturing & Industrial Sales Team. This team manages all billing for oil and gas customers across several states, including Colorado, Texas, West Virginia, New York, Michigan and Pennsylvania. The position is remote, but the employee must work Central Time hours, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Successful performance requires completing a variety of routine data‑maintenance and entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy of account setups, and generating reports and correspondence as needed. Responsibilities also include handling billing inquiries and maintaining organized filing systems. • Conduct routine data maintenance of sales, web, landfill, Visor, and company landfill systems. • Enter data into WM systems and customer billing portals. • Perform quality assurance reviews of account setups. • Prepare customized bills, exports, letters, and correspondence as requested. • Generate volume and revenue reports for sales reps and customers. • Support billing inquiries and create special bills. • Maintain electronic and hard‑copy filing systems and account reconciliations. • Work remotely on a Central Time schedule, 8 am–5 pm Monday‑Friday.

What You Bring
The position does not include any supervisory duties. Candidates must reside and work in the United States. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant work experience. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Windows operating system is required.
