About the Role
The Commercial Installer works on‑site with commercial customers to install, program, dismantle and reconstruct Tyco Integrated Security fire and security systems, ensuring safe and reliable operation. • Install and program integrated security and fire systems per customer specifications. • Dismantle and reconstruct equipment as required. • Follow safety protocols to prevent injuries, property damage, and debris. • Contact customers to confirm installation schedules. • Prepare estimates following supervisor instructions. • Interpret wiring schematics and building, electrical, sprinkler blueprints. • Test system operation to verify signal reception. • Coordinate installations with police/fire departments and manage emergency call notifications. • Lead installation teams on larger projects. • Coach and mentor less‑experienced installers.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED (technical school training a plus). • 4–7 years of electrical/electronic equipment experience with mechanical aptitude. • Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings. • Proficiency with hand and power tools. • Safe operation of a fleet vehicle. • Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
