About the Role
A Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck, providing prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The driver must ensure the vehicle complies with company safety standards, adhere to all company, state, and federal regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects promptly. Before and after each shift, the driver performs thorough inspections of tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls, reporting any safety issues. While on route, they follow the route sheet, operate manual or automatic controls to lift and load refuse, run the compactor, and dispose of material at the designated facility, maintaining professional interactions with customers and dispatchers. The driver monitors waste for unacceptable materials, tags unsatisfactory containers, cleans accidental spills, and keeps the truck clean by removing waste from the packer blade and body. They complete required route and productivity sheets, vehicle condition reports, and other documentation, meeting productivity standards and participating in the Company’s ReSOP safety program.

What You Bring
Strong customer service, time management, and follow‑through skills are essential, as is an honest, trustworthy attitude and adherence to company policies and safety standards. Minimum qualification is a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brakes endorsement.
