About the Role
This role supports end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale construction projects, assisting in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration while monitoring site execution, quality standards, safety compliance, and risk mitigation. The Assistant Project Manager oversees civil construction projects from initiation to completion, developing detailed plans, schedules, and budgets; leading multidisciplinary teams; overseeing procurement and material management; administering contracts and billing; and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory regulations. • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with objectives. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineers, consultants, contractors, site supervisors). • Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution. • Oversee procurement planning, vendor evaluation, and material management for cost efficiency. • Administer contracts, review variations, and manage claims and billing with QS/commercial teams. • Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and statutory compliance throughout project stages. • Conduct site inspections and audits to verify work quality and design adherence. • Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency strategies. • Coordinate communication with clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders. • Support project closure activities, including documentation, handover, and final settlement.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering with five to eight years of experience on institutional, residential, commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects, preferably with a Project Management Consultancy background, and possesses technical awareness of civil, electromechanical, and architectural works along with strong organizational, motivational, and communication skills. • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. • 5‑8 years of relevant experience on institutional, residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. • Experience managing end‑to‑end civil projects, preferably with a Project Management Consultancy. • Technical awareness of civil, electromechanical, and architectural works. • Strong organizational, motivational, and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
