About the Role

You will design, build, test and deploy integration solutions, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, and translate functional specifications into technical designs. You will also guide partners on integration strategies, conduct unit and end‑to‑end testing, support integration discovery and scoping, coordinate delivery schedules, and assist with Workday releases and regression testing while following change control processes. • Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions • Troubleshoot Workday integration issues • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into integration solutions • Analyze and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications • Provide guidance on integration strategies to business, IT, or service partners • Contribute to end‑user experience with Workday integration products, tools, and services • Conduct unit and end‑to‑end testing of interfaces • Support project teams during integration discovery and scoping phases • Coordinate deliverable schedules to ensure timelines are met • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support Workday releases and regression testing • Follow company change control processes to implement changes and solutions • Working flexible hours – adjust daily schedule to maximize productivity

The Workday Developer on the Digital Technologies Human Resources (HR) Applications Team develops and supports our Global HR Workday platform using various Workday integration technologies. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of Workday’s integration technologies, implementation methodology, and the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and reliable automation across the HR technology landscape. To be successful you need a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience as a Workday Integrations Consultant/Developer, including hands‑on work with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs or PECIs. You also need two years of experience integrating applications via SOAP and REST web‑service APIs and two years of JavaScript, XSLT, JSON and XPath programming. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum 3 years experience as a Workday Integrations Consultant/Developer • 3+ years experience with Workday integration tools (Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, PECIs) • 2+ years experience integrating applications via SOAP and REST web service APIs • 2+ years experience with JavaScript, XSLT, JSON, and XPath programming
