Global Advisory – Strategic Growth Lead, GCC

About the Role

In this full‑time role, the incumbent will spearhead the integration of over 500 advisory professionals across diverse GCC locations—including India, Colombia, Mexico, Manila, and Romania—ensuring alignment, cohesion, and high‑performance delivery. Responsibilities include establishing an optimal operating model that balances centralized and regional capabilities, building centres of excellence such as Economics Advisory and Digital Advisory, and driving digital enablement and continuous‑improvement initiatives. Partnering closely with the Global Director, Advisory and regional leadership, the lead will develop evidence‑based strategies, benchmarking frameworks, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and resource allocation. What You Bring

The Global Advisory Lead is a Director‑level role tasked with shaping and driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and people engagement for WSP’s Global Advisory function within the Global Capability Centre (GCC). The position requires a seasoned leader with more than 15 years of experience, ideally from a Big 4 or top‑tier management consultancy, to act as a strategic influencer and people‑centric manager across the organization.
