About the Role

Based in Brisbane, the Regional Sales Manager will lead the Clipsal sales team, reporting to the National Sales Director. The role involves guiding Sales Representatives across metro and regional areas, embedding the company’s sales methodology, and driving a culture of collaboration, communication, and customer excellence to meet regional targets. • Lead, coach, and support a high‑performing sales team to achieve the regional plan • Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture with clear expectations • Embed the sales methodology into daily activities • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers • Execute channel strategies that drive profitable, sustainable growth • Provide guidance, recognition, and regular feedback to uplift capability and performance • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded through effective planning and execution • Manage B2B sales performance with strong commercial awareness • Communicate and build relationships effectively across stakeholders • Apply a coaching‑oriented leadership style that promotes growth and accountability • Leverage digital tools, CRM, and data for informed decision‑making
