About the Role
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, procurement staff, construction managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and schedule projects from concept through construction. • Develop resource‑loaded schedules that detail activities, major milestones, critical approvals, long‑lead procurement items, and other key deliverables. • Integrate customer schedules with internal schedules and communicate impacts on fabrication delivery dates, design dates, resource loading, procurement conflicts, and milestone risks. • Maintain production status updates to align with RK tracking efforts and site‑specific customer requirements. • Review and analyze project schedules regularly to ensure changes, delays, and progress are accurately reflected. • Assess customer baseline schedules for integrity and identify potential risks or impacts to internal schedules and accounting. • Assist project teams in devising acceleration or delay‑mitigation strategies due to design changes or schedule slippages. • Produce weekly schedule resource and production reports to support field labor forecasting tools. • Lead weekly meetings with project and production teams to discuss and document progress. • Provide documentation for internal project reviews and risk analysis as needed. • Mentor personnel to improve their planning and scheduling skills.
