About the Role

The role involves supporting BIM/GIS requirements, monitoring deliverables for compliance with the Employer’s Information Requirements, and conducting design review activities focused on coordination and clash detection. It also includes developing concise project descriptions, collaborating with design and construction teams in progress meetings, defining geospatial data parameters, and providing inputs for monthly reports and design stage reviews while promoting design excellence through quality‑assurance processes. • Lead digital information management and BIM coordination for large aviation projects. • Ensure compliance with Employer’s Information Requirements in the Common Data Environment. • Conduct design reviews, clash detection, and timely data exchange with consultants and contractors. • Create concise project summaries and contribute to monthly and design stage reports. • Collaborate with design and construction teams to monitor BIM status and drive action items. • Define geospatial data parameters and produce GIS deliverables using advanced analytical techniques. • Apply quality‑assurance processes to promote design excellence throughout the project. • Supervise BIM staff and manage workflow across multiple disciplines. • Foster relationships in a multi‑organizational, collaborative environment aligned with client culture.

The Program Digital & BIM Manager leads digital information management, BIM coordination, and data integration across all program disciplines, ensuring design, construction, and operational data are accurate, accessible, and compliant with program standards. Candidates must hold an engineering degree and have at least ten years of related experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Required skills include strong BIM, PC, and CAD proficiency, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to perform effectively in a supervisory capacity on complex projects. Desired qualifications include demonstrated managerial capability on construction projects of comparable scope, effective client presentation and technical reporting skills, understanding of budget development and cost accounting, and the ability to build relationships in a multi‑organizational, collaborative environment.
