About the Role
• Take your truck home each night and dispatch directly from home • Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical problems accurately and efficiently • Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards • Maintain a clean working area • Educate customers and offer appropriate upgrades that can be completed immediately • Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects • Document work completed with before and after photos • Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers • Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams • Keep company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain current inventory • Complete thorough evaluation of entire system and provide a summary upon completion • Maintain a clean and professional appearance • Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional • Deliver a 5‑star service experience to clients and community

What You Bring
Candidates need at least two years of residential electrical service experience, the ability to work in demanding environments, and must pass background and drug screenings while maintaining a clean driving record. They should be organized, customer‑service oriented, and possess the tools and drive to exceed industry standards. A strong desire to succeed and grow is essential. • Demonstrate safe working practices and methods • Minimum two years of residential electrical service experience • Exceptional technician qualities: intuitive, hardworking, efficient, uniform‑wearing, customer‑service focused, organized, proactive attitude • Possess necessary tools, knowledge, and drive to exceed industry standards • Ability to climb in and out of box trucks and vans, lift over 75 lbs, and work in extreme temperatures • Pass federal background check and drug screen; maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
