About the Role
The Senior Graphic Designer will join the West Specialist Team, collaborating with business development and operations to produce client‑facing materials such as responses to RFQs, RFPs, interviews, and pre‑qualification efforts. The role is hybrid, with a primary base in locations such as Los Angeles, Dallas, Austin, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, or San Francisco. • Design advanced graphics and multimedia for complex, high‑stakes proposals and statements of qualification. • Partner with proposal and capture managers on must‑win pursuits, regional priorities, and alternative delivery projects. • Create custom presentations, lead storyboarding, and plan content for proposals and interview teams. • Produce print and digital documents using branded templates and guidelines. • Develop branded graphics, templates, and illustrations, selecting appropriate photography from digital libraries. • Participate in pursuit team planning, storyboarding, and review sessions (e.g., Pink and Red). • Collaborate with authors and SMEs to craft custom technical illustrations, charts, and photorealistic graphics. • Provide technical and logistical support for presentations, video conferences, and key review meetings. • Process comments and edits, working with SMEs to finalize graphic elements before submission. • Ensure quality‑assurance standards and consistency across proposal and marketing materials. • Contribute best practices to the marketing organization and assist with graphic‑design template development. • Support adoption of new tools and technologies to improve efficiency, creativity, and collaboration.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of graphic‑design experience, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office. They should understand design best practices, be able to convey complex messages visually, and be comfortable using collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.
