• Ensure Turner & Townsend methods and standards are embedded across all commissions. • Leverage construction and project management expertise to support business development and build client trust. • Drive program assurance, quality control, and performance improvement for managed services. • Mentor and develop teams to strengthen delivery capability and consistency. • Champion digital tools to enhance project controls and reporting. • Shape service offerings from the ground up. • Lead high‑performing programs and negotiate multi‑million‑dollar contracts. • Deliver major capital programs on time, on budget, and meeting safety and quality standards. • Build consultative and collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has proven downstream experience in Energy & Natural Resources, a background with major EPCs and operators, and a strong network in the sector. They should be personable, skilled in program delivery, assurance and team leadership, and comfortable in a client‑facing advisory role that drives business development. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is required, with a graduate degree preferred, along with 12+ years of project and programme management experience and at least 2 years leading high‑performing programmes in a consulting environment. The candidate should have knowledge of multiple delivery methods, a record of leading programmes, negotiating multi‑million‑dollar contracts, delivering major capital projects on budget and schedule, and building consultative partnerships, supported by excellent communication skills. • Articulate capabilities and value proposition to support growth campaigns.
