About the Role
Key responsibilities include maintaining conference rooms and common areas, delivering rapid customer service, managing work orders within SLA commitments, conducting regular site inspections, supporting special events, and maintaining supply inventories with a cost‑conscious approach. In the mailroom, you will process, sort, and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, maintain accurate electronic logs, resolve delivery issues, ensure postal compliance, and support reception duties as needed. • Maintain conference rooms, common areas, and workspaces, removing clutter and ensuring readiness • Address client inquiries and resolve problems quickly to ensure satisfaction • Track, assign, and verify work‑order tickets within SLA requirements • Perform regular site inspections to identify and correct issues proactively • Assist with power needs and supplies for campus special events • Keep supply inventories stocked while managing resources cost‑consciously • Apply data‑driven insights to improve service delivery and implement enhancements • Process, sort, and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and packages with speed • Maintain accurate electronic logs and research delivery tracking information to resolve issues • Ensure mailroom compliance with postal regulations and handle sensitive mail carefully • Support reception duties, manage visitor tracking, and control security access

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of administrative, facilities‑management, or hospitality experience, strong proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, excellent communication skills, and a problem‑solving mindset. Self‑motivation, exceptional organization, a proactive attitude, and the ability to use data‑driven insights to improve workplace experience are essential. Physical requirements include walking the campus, lifting up to 50 lb, and a valid driver’s license. • 2–3 years of administrative, facilities management, or hospitality experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Suite • Strong communication and customer‑focused mindset • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail • Self‑motivated with exceptional organizational and accountability skills • Proactive approach to anticipate workplace needs • Understanding of cost‑conscious resource management principles • Ability to gather and apply data‑driven insights to improve workplace experience
