About the Role

• Lead transport planning projects, providing technical and commercial input. • Manage multidisciplinary team tasks and deliver large projects from concept to completion. • Support business development and delivery for a diverse local client portfolio. • Conduct technical reviews and quality checks of team deliverables. • Ensure financial performance of projects and contribute to commercial targets. • Mentor and develop junior team members as a people manager or coach. • Contribute to WSP’s four key pillars: People, Clients & Growth, Operations, Expertise. • Develop transport‑focused strategies, plans and policies. • Work effectively with Local Authority and Combined Authority clients. • Prioritise and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines. • Deliver presentations and liaise with officials, stakeholders and the public.
