About the Role

The reprographics team operates, maintains and troubleshoots equipment such as copiers, printers, scanners, plotters and binding machines, processes print, copy and scan requests, handles confidential documents, performs large‑format printing and finishing, monitors supply levels, maintains workflow logs and billing codes, provides routine maintenance and coordinates vendor service calls, and assists with digital document management and archival scanning while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures. In the facility technical role, the employee greets clients and visitors, serves as the first point of contact for phone inquiries, manages room bookings and work requests, supports the internal site management team, escorts visitors and contractors, handles mail and courier deliveries, distributes consumables, provides building access cards, assists with meeting‑room configurations and catering, and performs a range of administrative duties including invoicing, data entry, work‑order management and record keeping. • Operate and troubleshoot reprographics equipment (copiers, printers, scanners, plotters, binding machines). • Process print, copy and scan requests with accurate formatting and on‑time delivery. • Handle confidential and sensitive documents discreetly. • Perform large‑format printing and document finishing (binding, laminating, trimming). • Monitor supply levels (paper, toner, ink, binding materials) and reorder proactively. • Maintain organized workflow logs and apply billing/chargeback codes as required. • Provide routine equipment maintenance and coordinate vendor service calls. • Support digital document management and archival scanning. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure print quality and correct file specifications. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and equipment guidelines. • Serve as first point of contact for phone queries, room bookings and work‑request lodging. • Assist the site management team as conduit for client and internal requests. • Escort and supervise visitors and contractors as needed. • Manage internal and external mail, courier deliveries and consumable distribution. • Issue building access cards to staff and contractors. • Support meeting‑room setup, reconfiguration and catering provisions. • Perform administrative duties: invoicing, receipting, reconciliation, data entry and records management. • Manage work orders and maintain distribution lists. • Apply HSE policies and procedures consistently.

What You Bring
