About the Role
The Cleaner works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor to perform a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services, adhering to the company's established standards, instructions, and procedures. Typical duties include sweeping, mopping, and washing interior floors using both manual and commercial floor buffers, vacuuming rugs and office areas, spot‑cleaning and shampooing rugs, dusting furniture, exhibit cases, light fixtures, windowsills, and interior glass, as well as washing interior walls daily. The role also involves cleaning and restocking bathrooms, monitoring fixtures for defects, collecting and disposing of building trash, replacing liners, and performing snow removal from entrances and walkways. Periodic tasks such as high‑dusting, leather and wood polishing, and wall washing are required as directed. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors using manual and commercial buffers. • Vacuum rugs and office areas; spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust and clean furniture, display cases, light fixtures, windowsills, interior glass, and walls. • Maintain and restock bathroom supplies; clean fixtures, tiles, and monitor for defects. • Collect and remove building trash; replace liners in waste containers. • Perform snow removal from building entrances and walkways as needed. • Conduct periodic high‑dusting, leather/wood polishing, and wall washing. • Follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and cooperate as a team member. • Operate portable vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment safely.

What You Bring
No prior cleaning experience is required; the candidate must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and cooperate as part of a team. Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment, including portable backpack vacuums, attention to detail, pride in service delivery, organization, high energy, and endurance are essential. • Exhibit attention to detail, high energy, and endurance throughout the shift.

Benefits
Compensation is hourly at $16.00‑$16.50, with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid or unpaid time away from work.
