About the Role

As Property Manager you will direct all aspects of property operations—financial performance, leasing, resident satisfaction, maintenance, and personnel management—to meet company goals and maintain a thriving community. • Hire, train, and manage on‑site personnel; supervise scheduling and lead daily meetings. • Meet financial targets by increasing revenue, controlling expenses, preparing budget reports, and overseeing collections and payments. • Maintain at least 95 % occupancy; handle leasing, renewals, move‑ins, and ensure accurate lease details. • Oversee maintenance operations, work orders, preventative tasks, and ensure vacant units are market‑ready. • Supervise outside contractors and manage capital improvement projects. • Develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct monthly market surveys, and gather competitive intelligence. • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and safety guidelines.

What You Bring
