About the Role

In this role, the manager will lead the water resources department by establishing strategic goals, overseeing the quality of technical products, and driving business development while maintaining project profitability and staff performance. • Review and manage department operations to ensure technical product quality. • Set long‑range objectives, goals, and plans for the water resources team. • Provide technical and managerial leadership. • Develop marketing programs aligned with discipline goals. • Advise and assist professionals in other disciplines as needed. • Ensure profitability on all water resources projects. • Monitor monthly productivity and labor utilization and adjust as needed. • Assign projects and schedule work for staff. • Evaluate employee performance per company policy.

What You Bring

Applicants need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, at least 12 years of progressive water resources engineering experience, and a PE license (or reciprocal). Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business development, and excellent English communication skills are essential. • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required. • Minimum 12 years progressive water resources engineering experience. • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or reciprocal license required. • Demonstrated leadership, delegation, and strategic thinking skills. • Proven experience in business development and project delivery. • Strong written and verbal English communication abilities.
