About the Role
The core responsibilities include performing functional testing and operating facility equipment, repairing chillers and related machinery, and maintaining both the facility and its equipment to ensure reliable production. Additional duties involve routine housekeeping, maintaining inventory of tools and storage items, and adhering to safety regulations while performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, standing, climbing, and handling equipment. • Perform functional testing of chillers and facility systems • Repair chillers and related equipment • Maintain facility infrastructure and equipment • Conduct housekeeping and inventory management tasks • Follow all safety rules, regulations, and procedures • Execute high‑school level math calculations • Operate air handlers, variable‑speed drives, and hand tools • Use forklifts, cranes, pumps, and three‑phase starters • Measure with volt‑ohm meters, leak detectors, and vacuum gauges • Work with data instrumentation such as pressure transducers and flow meters • Participate actively in a Continuous Improvement Team

What You Bring
Qualifications require at least one year of experience with three‑phase electrical distribution, liquid chilling units (150‑2000 tons), cooling towers, pneumatic valves, high‑horsepower pumps and motors, and data instrumentation systems. Candidates must be able to read prints, perform high‑school level math, and commit to participation in a Continuous Improvement Team. • Lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activities • Read and interpret technical prints and drawings • Possess at least one year of experience with three‑phase power systems • Experience with liquid chilling units ranging from 150‑2000 tons • Familiarity with cooling towers, pneumatic control valves, and 1200 hp motors
