About the Role

The Part‑time On‑site Assistant Community Manager role works 20 hours per week at $21.00 per hour. The position provides administrative support, oversees office facility appearance and maintenance, and ensures contractual obligations are met while maintaining a well‑functioning workplace. • Serve as the principal on‑site administrator. • Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails within defined timeframes. • Post updates to the CAMS association website. • Interact daily with members and resolve issues promptly. • Maintain accurate verbal and written communications. • Attend to member and guest requests, producing work orders and service requests as needed. • Distribute general correspondence, annual and board meeting notices. • Support Committee Chairs and act as liaison for the Architectural Review Committee, keeping accurate records. • Respond to homeowner inquiries about maintenance, repairs, rules, and mailings. • Create, file, and retrieve association records efficiently. • Manage distribution and security of amenity access keys and gate cards, enforcing board policies. • Oversee clubhouse reservations, handling payments, security deposits, and refunds via Vantaca. • Perform extensive computer work, including copying and faxing.
