About the Role

Interns participate in focused training, team meetings and real project work, presenting their results to stakeholders. A buddy and a manager provide coaching, mentorship and guidance to ensure a valuable learning experience, while exposing interns to Baker Hughes’ Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) culture and its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. During the internship you will be responsible for applying HS&E standards to maintain compliance, assisting project managers in creating plans, timelines and milestones, and keeping project documentation such as charters, schedules, budgets and progress reports up to date. What You Bring

Successful candidates are currently enrolled or recently graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Data Science, Business/Economics or Supply Chain (HSE, Quality, Manufacturing), maintain a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent, and are fluent in English with strong communication skills. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship, and the role can accommodate flexible working patterns to suit individual preferences. • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business/Economics or Supply Chain • Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent) • Demonstrate fluency in oral and written English with strong communication skills • Be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship • Flexibility to work under adaptable working patterns
