About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will lead a tenant‑improvement project for a three‑story building in Sacramento. The ideal candidate has extensive experience on large public projects, preferably with federally, state, or municipally funded work, and will oversee all construction phases, coordination with contractors, vendors, and public agencies, and compliance with codes and regulations. • Lead project team and define technical scope for large or multiple projects. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and public agencies; ensure code compliance. • Review cost estimates and maintain monthly budgets and forecasts. • Produce regular client communications and reports (daily/weekly/monthly). • Resolve project‑level conflicts and manage risk. • Delegate tasks, provide clear instructions and ongoing feedback to team members. • Monitor performance metrics, hold self and others accountable, and course‑correct as needed. • Build relationships with internal resources and senior leaders; communicate organizational direction. • Create development opportunities for direct reports and provide continuous feedback. • Analyze problems, distinguish cause and effect, and listen actively.

What You Bring

The full‑time role offers a salary range of $127,300 – $178,233 per year, determined by position, geography, client and industry experience, and reflects base salary only. Adjustments may be made based on a candidate’s qualifications and client requirements.
