About the Role
In this position you will direct multidisciplinary project teams to deliver technical, cost, and scheduling solutions for power generation, dam, hydropower, and navigation systems. You will also cultivate strong client relationships and coordinate resources with other managers to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and of high quality. • Manage and grow program clients and their projects. • Lead multi‑disciplinary teams through proposal development, organization, health & safety, subcontract management, scheduling, financial management, and quality delivery. • Direct technical, cost, and scheduling decisions to ensure high‑quality project outcomes. • Build and maintain client relationships by understanding needs and delivering superior service. • Collaborate with other managers to balance resources, anticipate issues, and implement corrective actions. • Assess and resolve project issues and conflicts.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. • New York Professional Engineer (PE) license (or reciprocity). • 12+ years leading multi‑disciplinary teams, including 6+ years of project management experience. • Experience with power and/or water infrastructure projects (preferred). • PMP certification (preferred). • Strong collaborative and communication skills. • Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
