About the Role
• Lead the architecture and development of the full suite of Teamcenter PLM functionalities, modules and associated products, with knowledge of OOTB Teamcenter processes and Mendix. • Provide consulting expertise for process/functional transformation and technology solution design across the entire product lifecycle. • Act as a Digital Technology business partner and PLM change agent, advising on strategic business process and technology issues and delivering viable solutions. • Define and execute the data migration and conversion strategy and technical plan, leveraging expertise in data migration methods and tools. • Leverage PLM industry best‑practices and company global process strategy to define and document new business processes, data models and application configurations; build TO‑BE maps of processes, systems and tools. • Provide expertise in process and data re‑engineering and design using formal modelling and analysis tools. • Assess risks, costs, benefits, and customization versus configuration options, producing documented application frameworks or architectures. • Ensure IT implementation standards are incorporated into implementation activities, including documentation, middleware, and system standards. • Define and communicate the transformation project architecture and execution strategy, and lead business/site readiness projects for Teamcenter rollouts, enhancements and bug‑fixes.

What You Bring
The position requires deep domain expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to act as a digital technology business partner and PLM change agent. Responsibilities include defining transformation architecture, leading data migration strategies, leveraging PLM best practices, and ensuring IT implementation standards are followed from project inception. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or Computer Science. • Minimum 12 years’ experience architecting and implementing large‑scale Siemens Teamcenter PLM transformations, including brown‑field implementations with complex data migration. • Deep domain expertise in systems engineering, product structuring & configuration, parts & BOM management, part classification, engineering document management, enterprise change & configuration management, CAD integration and design release, and PLM integrations with ERP, MES, CRM, planning and other enterprise applications. • Understanding of business processes from Inquiry‑to‑Order, Order‑to‑Requisition, Requisition‑to‑Retirement and New Product Introduction, designing solutions with out‑of‑the‑box functionality while minimizing customization. • Experience developing and communicating technology strategies, architecture frameworks and product roadmaps. • Working knowledge of AWS (Active Work Space), Mendix, and Teamcenter modules including Requirements Management, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing/EasyPlan, Service Lifecycle Management, Simulation Data Management, Product Cost Management, and Technomatix/OpCenter, VSA. • Working knowledge of BMIDE, ITK or portal customization, programming languages (Java, VB, XML, XSTL, C, C++), application servers, J2EE, Oracle, Unix/Linux, Siteminder, LDAP, SOA, messaging, and physical architectures. • Experience with Agile/SCRUM implementation approach. • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate complex topics clearly. • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
