About the Role

Key duties include maintaining clean, rent-ready apartments and community amenities, responding promptly to calls and emails, converting inquiries into walk-in traffic, touring prospects with enthusiasm, facilitating applications, processing them quickly, and communicating results respectfully. The consultant also monitors traffic, shops competitive properties monthly, follows daily marketing plans, upholds Weidner’s quality standards, and supports lease renewals to promote resident retention. • Maintain clean, rent-ready apartments and community amenities. • Respond promptly to resident and prospect calls and emails. • Convert incoming calls into walk-in traffic and schedule viewings. • Tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm. • Facilitate and process leasing applications immediately. • Communicate application results respectfully and timely. • Track and follow up on leasing traffic queue. • Conduct monthly competitor property scouting and execute daily marketing strategies. • Ensure daily quality standards for apartments, common areas, and amenities. • Assist with timely lease renewals to boost resident retention. • Adhere to Weidner policies, fair-housing laws, and company dress code.

What You Bring

Applicants must have prior customer-service experience, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred, and experience with Yardi or Paycom is a plus. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, adherence to company dress code, willingness to work flexible hours, and compliance with background‑check and drug‑testing policies. Candidates must also embody Weidner’s mission, vision, values, and fair‑housing regulations. • Follow the Weidner Move-In Experience for approved applicants. • Prior customer-service experience required. • Ability to work fast-paced, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. • Strong verbal and written communication across phone, email, text, and in-person. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi/Paycom experience preferred. • Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance. • Willingness to work flexible hours and be assigned to other Weidner properties. • Pass criminal background check and voluntary drug testing. • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
