About the Role
The Order Entry Specialist will work onsite five days a week, supporting the United States, Canada, and Latin America with flexible hours based on the region served. This role handles all administrative tasks for Johnson Controls Fire Suppression products, interacting with customers both verbally and in writing. • Enter orders accurately and efficiently. • Send order confirmations to customers. • Resolve incomplete or credit‑hold orders and release them. • Manage case records in Salesforce.com.
