About the Role

In this position you will act as a key link between regulatory agencies and client teams, ensuring that permit conditions and mitigation plans are followed throughout each project phase. You will monitor data, coordinate inspections, and produce analytical reports while adhering to safety protocols and addressing any emerging compliance issues promptly. • Gather and track regulatory compliance data. • Serve as liaison between agencies and clients for permit matters. • Communicate project status, schedules, and compliance issues to stakeholders. • Follow safety program and promptly address hazards. • Coordinate multiple tasks and apply technical knowledge to project requirements. • Produce analytical work requiring independent judgment and problem‑solving. • Work flexible hours to meet urgent compliance demands. • Execute inspection coordination for due‑diligence, construction, as‑built, and reclamation activities. • Ensure work complies with permit plans and conditions. • Perform QA/QC on own data with minimal revisions. • Complete small to medium reporting assignments. • Troubleshoot routine compliance problems with supervision.

What You Bring

• Apply basic understanding of environmental resources and construction procedures. • Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, engineering, or related field (preferred). • Minimum one year of field experience in environmental compliance or inspection. • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. • Knowledge of federal, state, and local permitting laws and processes (preferred). • Experience participating in audits under regulatory frameworks (preferred). • Familiarity with FERC project compliance inspections (preferred).
