About the Role
As an entry‑level engineer, you will support our engineering teams on inspiring, demanding, and highly collaborative designs. You will learn from senior staff while contributing your own ideas, sharing responsibility, rewards, and recognition for innovative solutions and client satisfaction. • Create basic designs under senior engineer direction • Learn drawing organization and company standards • Perform CAD/BIM drafting for various project sizes • Coordinate designs with other trades under senior staff guidance • Support design and engineering of new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work assignments • Assist engineers with field investigations and construction site visits • Participate in EDT program training sessions and related activities • Attend Engineering Development Program continuing education seminars

We currently have an entry‑level opportunity for a Mechanical Engineering Graduate. • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating Winter 2025, Spring or Summer 2026) • Previous engineering internship (preferred) • Knowledge of latest MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience a plus • Proficiency in design and calculation software and MS Office Suite • FE and EIT certifications preferred
