About the Role

Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Field) – West Division is a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, supporting Renuity’s centralized Talent Acquisition organization while serving as the primary talent acquisition partner for the West Division. The senior leader will own strategy, execution, and results across sales, canvassing, call center, and installation hiring, collaborating closely with divisional leadership and ensuring consistency, analytics, and best‑practice sharing across markets. The position involves regular in‑market engagement and up to 25% travel. • Define and execute divisional recruiting strategy aligned with growth, labor forecasts, and seasonal demand. • Partner with operations, sales, and installation leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive workforce plans. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to improve hiring velocity, quality, and candidate experience. • Provide performance coaching, career development, and capability building for recruiting staff. • Champion inclusive, efficient, candidate‑centric recruiting practices. • Build sustainable pipelines for high‑volume field roles such as design consultants, call center agents, installers, and production teams. • Implement market‑specific sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, trade schools, and local partnerships. • Collaborate with TA Operations and Marketing to launch sourcing campaigns and measure channel ROI. • Track and improve recruiting KPIs including time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, source performance, and candidate experience. • Use ASHBY ATS and analytics tools to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and actionable reporting. • Analyze hiring and attrition trends to identify risks and process improvements. • Present insights and performance updates to TA leadership, HRBPs, and divisional executives.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years leading high‑volume or field recruiting teams. • Demonstrated success scaling recruitment in fast‑growth, field‑based or decentralized environments. • Strong partnership skills with operations‑driven leaders. • Data‑driven mindset with experience using ATS and reporting tools. • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to travel up to 25% across assigned markets. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
