About the Role
The Lead position pays $20.00 per hour and follows a Monday‑Friday schedule from 6 am to 2:30 pm. The role is responsible for ensuring all facility operations adhere to established policies and procedures. When the manager is not present, the Lead provides supervision at the assigned location, coordinating daily operations by delegating assignments and offering guidance. • Ensure facility operations comply with policies and procedures. • Coordinate daily tasks, assign jobs, and provide guidance to staff. • Supervise the assigned location in the manager’s absence. • Maintain clean and safe environments by enforcing standards. • Operate specialized equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely. • Support general janitorial duties as needed. • Provide a comprehensive benefits package for front‑line team members.
